Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. The price agreed at the time of booking is final, if Elia Martine’s price list changes, it will not affect the agreed rate. The final balance is due on or before the wedding day. If you are paying cash, then payment can be made on
Notification should be given of any changes to the booking and trial as soon as possible. This includes changes to the number of clients, location, dates, and times. It is the client's responsibility to do this as we cannot guarantee stylists' availability on the day. Changes must be confirmed in writing via email and are not accepted as written notice until you have received a reply from Elia Martine and the changes are confirmed. Text or Whatsapp messages are not accepted.
An alternative day can be found, trials are not usually carried out on a Saturday. If you require a Saturday, please mention when booking and we will try to accommodate.
We will do our best to rebook Elia Martine or another artist from the team for the new date. If this is not possible then the cancellation fees will apply.
We always work with our clients when booking numbers change, we understand these things happen. However, we do need to be given ample notice in order to manage these bookings as our stylists are allocated on the number of people in the bridal party. The below policies apply.
The services booked cannot decrease once the booking has been confirmed and the deposit has been paid. Services on the booking increase; If the services increase, we will need a minimum of 48 hours' notice in order to allocate extra stylists to the booking. We will try our hardest to accommodate the larger party size, however, in busy periods, this may not be available especially if your wedding is during the busy season.
Any cancellations made within 8 weeks or less before the wedding, will be subject to full payment.
If, for any reason, you cancel your booking, your cancellation must be confirmed via email only; phone calls or text messages are not accepted. All deposits are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, Elia Martine may need to cancel a booking. This has never happened before, but if it does, all attempts will be made to find an alternative stylist. If this is not possible or is unacceptable to the client, Elia Martine will refund 100% of the deposit.
Elia Martine and the team reserve the right to refuse work if a client is rude or aggressive. In this case, the usual cancellation fees will apply. If you suspect any member of your bridal party may pose a challenge in any way, they are encouraged to have a trial to avoid potential delays on the day.
Please ensure the bridal party is ready to start when Elia Martine and the team arrive. All members of the party having their hair/make-up done should have a clean face, dry hair, and be ready to start. This helps keep the team on schedule and ensure that all hair and makeup are in their allotted time.
